How do I locate the nearest LACD Stockist?

To find out where you can purchase LACD apparel and accessories, click here to access the LACD "Find Us" page. Please note that each Store stocks different ranges of LACD products so if you find a specific LACD product you would like to see in a store it is advised that you call ahead before visiting.

I want to sell LACD apparel in my Australian store, how do I go about this?

How can I best care for my LACD clothing?

LACD items are best cared for by hand washing them separately in cold water and laying them flat (out of direct sunlight) to dry. Given the nature of the fabrics, they dry quickly and are perfect for wash and wear. Steer clear of any fabric softeners and bleaches.

How can I cancel an online order?

If you wish to cancel your online order, please contact LACD within 24 hours of the purchase via the details provided on your confirmation receipt.

I bought a present for somebody online. Can I exchange it in store?

Unfortunately, our stockists are not able to exchange garments purchased online.


I have a question about ordering online. Where should I direct it?

Online ordering questions can be handled by emailing us.  You can do this by filling out the form on our ‘Contact Us’ page or by emailing info@lacd.com.au. You will receive a reply within 48 hours.

How can I be sure my order went through?

Once you place your order online, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address. If there is an issue with your order, a LACD representative will contact you directly.

If I buy something online can I pick it up at your office?

It is not possible to pick up your online purchase from our offices. 

How do I use a promo code?

Simply enter your promotional code into the space provided during the online ordering process. The code can be entered on the first page of the checkout.

What countries do you ship to?

Currently, we only ship within Australia, apologies for any inconvenience! For other countries, please visit contact us at info@lacd.com.au to find your local distributor or to place an offline order.

What do you charge for shipping?

A flat rate of $10 will be applied at checkout for Australia Post Standard shipping.

 

Do I have to sign for my shipment when it arrives?

Orders sent via Australia Post Express Post service do not need to be signed. Orders sent via courier service will require a signature upon delivery.

How soon can I receive my order?

Please expect a delay in the processing and delivery of your order due to the impact of COVID-19 on both our couriers and our warehouses.

All warehouses and postal networks globally have had to implement strict safety policies which slows down the dispatch process. On top of that, postal services are experiencing unprecedented volumes through their networks which further adds to the delay. It’s unavoidable and there is nothing we can do to speed it up. Please bear with us as we navigate safely through this crazy time, and know that our customer service and warehouse teams and your local shipping courier are working as hard, fast and safe as they can to get your LACD items to you.

Currently our warehouse team are not delayed in processing orders, however the Australia Post network is slightly impacted, so please allow up to a week to receive your order from the date you receive your shipping information. How can I track my order?

Tracking will be provided for all orders, you will be sent an email once your order is dispatched so you can see where your LACD parcel is at all times.

What if my package has not arrived?

If your order does not arrive at your nominated address within 7 working days, please contact LACD using the information on your receipt.
