Please read our terms and conditions carefully as making a purchase or becoming a LACD member signifies acceptance of these terms. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without notice. Every transaction is governed by the terms and conditions in place at the time of the transaction. By submitting an order or becoming a member of LACD, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time. Prices and products are subject to change at any time without notice. Dispatch and delivery dates are provided as a guide only. We take no responsibility for any failure to deliver products within the expected delivery time. Colours depicted should be used as a guide only as some fabrics and materials may appear different depending on lighting conditions resulting in colour variations shown on the website and in the catalogue. The customer is responsible for the importation of products into their country and must obey the regulations concerning the customer requirements. Amendments to orders can be made by contacting LACD via email or telephone and speaking with someone who will then receive permission to change the order. If an order has already been dispatched we will not be able to exchange the product. All discounted product sales are final.   However, if you want to purchase a current non-discounted model you we have a 30 day return policy. Order must be paid for in full prior to delivery. All prices are in Australian Dollars and include G.S.T (Goods & Services Tax) You have read and understood our Terms & Conditions.

Returns and Exchange

We hope you love our products as much as we do. However, it is important to read our returns and exchanges policy before making any purchases. If you need to refund or exchange an item, please call LACD at the earliest convenience prior to returning the product to us.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

If you change your mind about your purchase, LACD is happy to exchange the item as long as it is in as new condition, unused, unopened and unworn and returned within 30 days of original dispatch. Unless the product is faulty, all additional postage costs for returning items will be at your expense.

Clothing Returns

We’re happy for you to try on clothing to see if it fits, but for hygiene reasons please wear your own underwear underneath the garment. If your clothing purchase is the incorrect size we will gladly offer you an exchange. For these returns you are required to pay for return postage to LACD, as well as the further postage on the replacement item. Clothing must be returned within 30 days. Please make sure items are as new, unworn and unwashed with all clothing tags still attached to garments. If you have removed the tags, unfortunately, we will be unable to accept the return.
